With over 15 years of experience in the replacement window industry, with roles ranging from production management to sales support to customer service leadership…Dottie Bailey works with both licensees and vendor partners to advance and complete both special ‘one-off’ projects (such as new product implementation, licensee onboarding, and support document creation) and also standing project routines that advance corporate initiatives such as lead generation campaigns, compliance issues, and partnership development.
Dottie is available to assist all partners, working on a variety of projects with the entire corporate staff, and helping to keep the team on task.

Brandon’s focus is on the recruiting, sales and support side of the business. 

His goal is to continue our network expansion, but also to become better and better (and better) at the process of helping new dealers/partners get started, and helping our existing partners continue to cultivate their business.

Andy’s focus in on the installation and production side of the business.  His current mission is to support you in the following ways:

  • Basic Measure and Installation practices for training Sales Personnel
  • Finding / Vetting / Hiring / Training Local Installation Personnel
  • Producing Installation related consumer content for Marketing & Sales

As perhaps the #1 need across the nation, installation support is becoming a central tenant of the WDUSA training system. Andy is here to push that forward.
